Mitochondria operate as signaling platforms in yeast aging

Aging is obviously energy-dependent. Theorists do not seem to know where the energy comes from or how genomic entropy is prevented.  For the most recent example of what some researchers don’t know, see:

Yeast mutants unlock the secrets of aging

By confirming that there are active mechanisms limiting the longevity of any organism, we provided the first experimental evidence that such lifespan-limiting active mechanisms exist and can be manipulated by natural molecules to delay aging and improve health.

Titorenko’s publication history links energy-dependent changes in chirality from the anti-entropic virucidal energy of sunlight to the creation of the innate immune system and autophagy in bacteria.

The nutrient energy-dependent pheromone controlled physiology of reproduction in bacteria links chirality, autophagy and endogenous RNA interference to amino acid substitutions in supercoiled DNA. Supercoiled DNA protects all organized genomes from virus-driven energy theft, which causes the the degradation of messenger RNA in archaea and all other species.

For example, the Zika virus-damaged phenotypes of human infants arise in the context of messenger RNA degradation. Protection from virus-driven energy theft links ecological variation to ecological adaptation manifested in the survival of the yeasts and humans that live longest.

The healthy lifespan of all species is biophysically constrained by the same molecular mechanisms. The conserved molecular mechanisms link the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA to the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of Zika virus-damaged DNA. That fact refutes Titorenko’s claim about being the first to provide experimental evidence that this lifespan-limiting active mechanism exist. The fact that the mechanism is nutrient energy-dependent and pheromone-controlled links natural molecules delayed aging and improved health via the National Microbiome Initiative and Precision Medicine Initiative in the context of this published work from 2005: Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction.

The active lifespan-limiting mechanisms link natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality from odors and pheromones in yeasts to humans. Indeed, natural selection links RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in the cell types of all individuals of all genera to species-specific differences in lifespan, because the nutrient energy-dependent substitutions in supercoiled DNA protect all organized genome from virus-driven energy theft and all pathology.

For example: Remodeling of lipid bodies by docosahexaenoic acid in activated microglial cells

We hypothesized that DHA could attenuate the inflammatory response in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated microglia by remodeling LBs and altering their functional interplay with mitochondria and other associated organelles.

See for comparison: A quantum theory for the irreplaceable role of docosahexaenoic acid in neural cell signalling throughout evolution

Again classical biophysics has no ready explanation for this [32]. In this theory, the energy released in the signalling would be absolutely and precisely quantised by tunnelling, giving us the clear vision, high acuity necessary for reading, fine motor skills, and three-dimensional vision; together with smooth mental processing of our external environment upon which we depend. A similar process might take place in the synapse where the DHA is also densely packed. There DHA might act as a quantum gate controlling the signal in a fashion reminiscent of semi-conduction.

Quantum physics cannot be linked from six hundred million years ago to the sudden appearance in the fossil record of energy-dependent intracellular detail. What’s known about biophysically constrained energy must be placed into the claims made by 2016 Nobel Laureates Ben Feringa (Chemistry) and Yoshinori Ohsumi (Physiology or Medicine).

They have linked chirality to autophagy via chromosomal inheritance in all living genera. For comparison, please try to determine how much unnecessary suffering and premature death you inadvertently may have caused by touting or teaching the pseudoscientific nonsense of neo-Darwinian theories. Chromosomal inheritance was the focus of Thomas Hunt Morgan’s 1933 Nobel Prize-winning work and energy was the focus of the works by Schrodinger and Dirac, who won the 1933 Prize in Physics. Einstein’s works may not have been linked from mathematics to physics because the disciplines were not separated until later.

See: It Wasn’t Relativity That Won Einstein His Nobel Prize

Albert Einstein never won a Nobel prize for the theory of relativity—in fact, it was only through long, political jockeying within the Nobel committee that he won the prize at all. Instead, when he was given the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics (in 1922, after a long bout of internal Nobel hand-wringing), he received it primarily for his explanation of the photoelectric effect. Extraordinarily enough, he came up with both his relativity theory, and the photoelectric effect in the same year: 1905.

Few people recognize how difficult it is to link experimental evidence across disciplines only to find that neo-Darwinian theorists have consistently done it with their claims about minimal mutational distances and the magic of evolution via natural selection of the organisms that survived the virus-driven damage to their supercoiled DNA. They have made it almost impossible to refute their claims because their claims are not evidence-based. No experimental evidence of biologically-based cause and effect was linked from biophysically constrained protein folding chemistry to all biodiversity. Attempts to tell them they must start over may continue to fail. The attempts made by serious scientists to teach pseudoscientists are now limited by the amount of accumulated ignorance incorporated into ridiculous theories.
